Resumo
Esta investigação visa estudar a relação entre texto e imagem, entre a representação visual e a literatura. Para esse intuito, iremos analisar a obra "Girl with a Pearl Earring", que é um bom exemplo dessa transmutação de linguagem. O objectivo principal é tentar mostrar como uma obra pertencente a um determinado signo, no caso a pintura, pode dar origem a outras duas novas linguagens diferentes, o romance e o cinema, e o possível diálogo transdisciplinar estabelecido entre estas obras.
Abstract
This research aims to study the relationship between text and image, between the visual representation and the literature. To this end, we will examine the work "Girl With a Pearl Earring", which is a good example of the transmutation of language.
The main objective is to show how a work belonging to a particular sign, in this case painting, can give rise to other new different languages, the novel and the film, and the possible transdisciplinary dialogue established between these works.
