Tendo como ponto de partida o filme "The thing from another world "(1951), realizado por Christian Nyby e produzido por Howard Hawks, e a obra amónima de John Carpenter (1982), o trabalho pretende compreender o contributo da ficção ciêntifica na contextualização das estratégias de remake.
Abstract
Taking as a starting point the movie "The Thing From Another World" (1951), directed by Christian Nyby and produced by Howard Hawks, and the homonymous work by John Carpenter (1982), the dissertation aims to understand the contribution of science fiction for the strategy of a remake.
