Resumo
Trabalho que a partir do estudo do fenómeno “remake” e da análise dos filmes “Cape Fear” de Martin Scorsese e “The Silence of the Lambs” de Jonathan Demme, se debruça sobre as representações da instituição familiar no cinema americano no período que se seguiu à segunda Grande Guerra.
Abstract
Having as starting point the study of “remake” phenomena and the analysis of the films “Cape Fear” by Martin Scorsese and “The Silence of the Lambs” by Jonathan Demme, the thesis it leans over the representation of familiar institution in the american cinema in the period that followed the II World War.
