Resumo
Desenvolvido no âmbito dos estudos americanos, o trabalho pretende estudar a comunidade judaica e o seu impacto cultural nos Estados Unidos da América, nomeadamente no campo cinematográfico.
São tomados como casos de estudo os filmes "Annie Hall" (1976) e "Manhattan" (1979), por terem sido realizados por Woody Allen, realizador americano de ascendência judaica, e por incluírem na sua narrativas várias e frequentes referências a esta etnia.
Abstract
Developed in the context of the American studies, the work intends to study the Jewish community and his cultural impact in the United States of America, namely in the cinematographic field.
There are taken as study cases the movies "Annie Hall" (1976) and "Manhattan" (1979), both directed by Woody Allen, an American director, who as Jewish ancestry. The movies were also selected because of the various references to the Jewish community.
